Three thousand square feet run over three floors, the second-floor great room holds the kitchen, dining, and living space around a fireplace, and every bedroom has its own ensuite. A morning walk to brunch and an evening around the rooftop fire pit make an easy day of it. Our townhouse stacks by floor, which is how the group spreads out. The great room sits on the second floor under high ceilings, with floor-to-ceiling windows in Ibiza curtains and the kitchen opening straight into the living room and fireplace. Conveniently, there's one king suite on the first floor, one king on the third, and a queen bunkhouse group suite next to the rooftop terrace, each with a TV, a workspace, and its own ensuite bathroom. The Bunk House is our primary room, four queen beds with city views from the top bunk and a double glass shower in its bathroom. Our rooftop terrace runs 800 square feet, and it is where groups spend the night. A pergola strung with canopy lights covers the lounge seating and daybeds, the fire pit sits out for late drinks, and the kitchenette handles cooking without anyone going back downstairs. An outdoor dining table seats the group for meals outside, with the skyline in front of you the whole time.
