Adam was a fantastic host! There was a small issue reported by the previous guest that left directly before us. Adam, proactively communicated the issue and resolved it before we even checked in. The home was very spacious, clean, and the Nashville decor (cowboy hats and guitars) were fun but not over the top. The rooftop view of the downtown skyline was fantastic and it was great to chat on the rooftop by a small fire with friends!

We had the best time when we stayed! Adam was the best host, we only had a couple of questions and he answered right away. The place was beautiful and exactly how described. Plenty of room for everyone and had everything we needed. I will definitely stay there again.

We had an awesome stay in Nashville at this home for my 50th birthday celebration. The house was truly amazing in every way to accommodate me and my family. The host, Adam was very helpful and responsive to any of our needs. Allowing an early check in and later check out helped tremendously. I highly recommend this house and host to anyone looking to travel to Nashville. Thank you for the wonderful memories we will have forever.

Our group of six loved the house and location. We had plenty of room and loved each bedroom has a private bath. The host was so easy to work with and even allowed an early arrival with no extra cost. We will definitely book again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

What an adorable and fun home for a girls weekend. Great communication prior to check in and fast in response to inquiries during our stay. The attention to detail in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms is what blew us all away. Easy locale, fun rooftop and will be back for sure!

Host was very informative with messages and descriptive instructions for entering and checking out of the property. Beautiful views and very peaceful, quiet home. Close to Downtown. Beds were very comfortable and pillows super soft. Overall, fabulous place to stay.

We had an absolute blast staying here with a group of 10! Adam was incredibly responsive every time I reached out, which made the entire stay seamless. The Airbnb itself has everything you could possibly ask for. Our group especially loved the coffee station with all the different syrups ☕️ The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless, and the blankets smelled so good that we had to look at what detergent was used 😂 the rooftop views are 10/10 and the area is nice and quiet for sleeping in the comfy beds. We’ve stayed in Nashville before, but this place beats all the others—only about 7 minutes from Broadway and close to tons of great bars and restaurants. Thank you so much for hosting us, Adam! We’ll absolutely be back hopefully in the summer time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Very convenient location to Broadway, exactly as described. We came right after the snow storm and they were very responsive and patient with all of my questions and concerns! Definitely recommend this place, hopeful to come back!

This is an extremely nice house and the host was very responsive and proactive providing clear instructions and recommendations. Out flight got cancelled due to a snow storm. We received a discounted rate for the extra night which was great! Thank you
