Prosper house was perfect for our group. Clean, stylish, convenient and had plenty ofeverything we needed. Adam the host was super responsive and accommodating. We would highly recommend any group to stay here!

Adam was one of the best hosts I've stayed with. He was responsive, flexible with check in and very helpful. I would recommend Adam's place to anyone in the Nashville area with a large group looking a beautiful and affordable option to stay at. I would stay with Adam again in a heartbeat if I was back in Nashville.

My family a I had a wonderful time! The house was even more than expected! Pictures don’t do it justice. Adam was so friendly and responsive. Recommendations were nice as well. We will most definitely be back to stay! We rented several Airbnb’s in Nashville and nothing can even compare to this home! Hope to visit again soon!

What a great place to stay! If you have a group and need 3 full bathrooms (all en suite) this is your place! The kitchen was very well appointed and lacked nothing we needed. It was comfortable and clean and Adam always communicated before we had any questions. We would definitely stay again if our travels brought us back to Nashville.

We had the best time in Nashville and loved our stay in Adam’s place 🙌 Check in was easy, the property was exactly as described, and the hosts added lots of thoughtful touches which made our time there super comfortable. Pretty much everything was considered to make our stay wonderful...fast Internet, three smart TVs, all the coffee/tea supplies anyone would need, plugs with usb-a and c adapters, ironing board, etc etc etc. Adam seemingly thought of everything. And when we had an Internet hiccup, Adam came right over and was able to fix it. Thank you for the great service and accommodation.

We had a wonderful time at Adam’s place. It was centrally located and easy to get around. Entire house was clean and well organized. Kitchen was well stocked. We had super comfortable stay , created great deal of memories to cherish.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Nashville Airbnb! The home was decorated so thoughtfully and stylishly—it felt like a boutique hotel. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the bathrooms had plenty of towels and toiletries, which made settling in so easy. One of our favorite parts was the rooftop hangout area—it was absolutely gorgeous and the perfect spot to relax after a day exploring the city. Getting to Broadway and the Gulch was a breeze—just a quick and easy Uber ride away. Adam was a fantastic host. His directions were clear and made check-in smooth and stress-free. He also provided great local recommendations that really added to our trip. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville!

Adam was a great host! He communicated quickly and was easily reachable. The space is great for large groups and was fully equipped with everything you could need. It’s pretty close to broadway by car as well. The AC for the bottom two floors did have issues during our stay but Adam kindly offered for us to stay in another location which we declined since we were there for only one more evening. Overall Adam was a very accommodating host and would recommend this place to anyone in a large group!
